A simple and very tasty Japanese salad of boiled pork with fragrant dressing will appeal to everyone without exception!

  1. Cut the pork flesh into very thin strips.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. Throw the pieces of pork into the pan one at a time and cook in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. The thinner the pork is cut, the faster it will cook.
  3. We take the pork out of the pan and put it in a colander. And immediately rinse the pieces of meat with cold water. Let's let the water drain.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  5. Peel the daikon and grate it on a fine grater.
  6. Finely chop the green onion feathers with a knife.
  7. Arrange salad ingredients on a plate.
  8. Let's prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix all dressing ingredients well.
  9. Now let's assemble the salad. Arrange the tomatoes in a single layer on a flat dish. Place the grated daikon on top of the tomatoes. Put the boiled pork on top of the daikon. Drizzle dressing over salad.
