Japanese-style turkey fillet is incredibly easy to prepare, but very tasty and, importantly, a dietary dish. Good everyday lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put peeled garlic, chili peppers (without seeds and stalks), fresh ginger, miso paste (sold in supermarkets in the eastern section), and a little water in a blender bowl. Grind to the consistency of a homogeneous paste.
  2. Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, put in a bowl. We transfer the resulting mass from the blender there.
  3. Stir well so that the turkey mixes evenly with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. We take out the meat that has been marinated in an hour from the refrigerator, put it on a paper towel so that the excess marinade is absorbed.
  6. Heat a little sesame oil in a frying pan (in principle, it is possible in a completely dry frying pan), put the pieces of turkey in a hot frying pan.
  7. Fry the turkey for a total of about 9 minutes over medium heat. During this time, of course, the meat must be turned over several times so that the pieces are evenly fried.
  8. The Japanese-style turkey meat is ready. Serve with your favorite side dish (rice works well) and vegetables. Bon Appetit! :)
