There are a lot of omelette recipes. Here's another one - an omelet on kefir with melted cheese and herbs. Such a simple, hearty and delicious dish is a great breakfast option!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The percentage of fat content of kefir does not really matter (I have kefir with a fat content of 2.5%). You can choose cheese with any additions, but I like simple cream cheese.
  2. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  4. Add kefir. Mix.
  5. Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Rinse the dill, dry it, chop finely with a knife and send to a bowl.
  7. Add grated processed cheese, salt and pepper.
  8. To stir thoroughly.
  9. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Pour in the omelet mixture, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook the omelet for about 4-5 minutes, until the egg mass sets.
  10. A nourishing and tender omelet on kefir, with melted cheese and herbs is ready. Serve it to the table, adding vegetables if desired.
  11. Bon Appetit!
