The recipe for a quick chocolate dessert with avocado. These keto truffles have a great creamy chocolate flavor.

  1. Peel and seed the avocado. Place the avocado pulp and salt in a blender bowl and beat until smooth. You can mash the avocado with a fork, but this will take longer. You will need 170 grams of avocado puree.
  2. Melt the chocolate in one of the following ways:
  3. in a water bath (place the pieces of chocolate in an ovenproof bowl, put in a pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, melt the chocolate),
  4. microwave (melt the chocolate pieces in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stir, return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 10 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted).
  5. Add powdered sweetener to melted chocolate and stir.
  6. Add the chocolate to the avocado pulp and stir well.
  7. Scoop in about 1 tablespoon of dough and form into a round candy.
  8. Dip each truffle in cocoa powder, shake off excess cocoa.
  9. Place the candies on a flat dish and refrigerate to harden.
  10. Store candy in the refrigerator in a lidded container for a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
