  1. Peel the onion, cut into strips. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Fry the onions in ghee until soft, add cabbage to it, mix, pour in hot water, salt, pepper and simmer until the cabbage is soft. The water should all evaporate.
  3. Beat eggs with a fork with a pinch of salt and cream. Put the cooked cabbage in the egg mass, mix and put everything in a greased baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-50 minutes (depending on the size of the mold).
  4. You can cook cabbage with an egg in a frying pan - just pour over the cooked cabbage with an egg mass and cook over low heat under a lid, stir several times. When cooking, you can add cheese. Bon Appetit!
