Keto Cauliflower and Ground Beef Casserole

Minced meat and cauliflower casserole is an easy and delicious meal for dinner or lunch. This dish does not require any hard-to-find products, and its options may vary. You can use broccoli instead of chopped cauliflower, and mixed or chicken instead of ground beef. If desired, add a mixture of vegetables to the casserole.

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C.
  2. Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  3. Place the chopped onion in a skillet and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped garlic to the onion and fry lightly for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  6. Continue browning, crushing the meat with a spatula, until the beef is browned.
  7. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for about a minute, until the spinach changes color.
  8. Remove the pan from the heat, drain any liquid that has formed from the pan and set it aside.
  9. Combine the cauliflower rice, butter, sour cream, and basil in a greased baking dish (20x30 cm tin). If the butter hasn't completely melted, add a little warm milk.
  10. Add the mixture from the skillet to the pan and stir.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  12. Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes, or until the creamy mass is tender and the cheese is melted.
  13. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
