Cauliflower keto pancakes are a great option for those who prefer a savory snack. You can adjust the severity of the dish with hot chili peppers. If you prefer neutral pancakes, just skip adding this ingredient.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the cauliflower. Grate the inflorescences or grind in a blender to pieces the size of rice. Squeeze out excess water.
  2. Add salt, chili flakes, oregano, garlic powder.
  3. Grate the mozzarella cheese and add it to the cabbage.
  4. Add finely chopped chili peppers. If you prefer non-spicy food, skip this step.
  5. Stir all ingredients with a spoon. Let the dough rest for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Divide the resulting dough into 8-9 equal parts, mold small round cakes.
  7. Heat a skillet with ghee and add the pancakes. Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side over medium heat.
  8. Turn the pancakes over and fry the other side until golden brown. The pancakes are ready at this point, but you can turn them over again for a crisper crust.
  9. Serve warm. Bon Appetit!
