Recipe for keto candies made from cream cheese in chocolate and low in carbohydrates. Candy is easy to make. First you need to beat the ingredients for the filling, cool, and then "dip" in melted chocolate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Whisk with a mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla and beat again on medium speed. Reduce speed to minimum.
  3. Whisk, gradually adding the sweetener. Continue whisking until smooth.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour (or 10-15 minutes in the freezer).
  5. When the mixture has hardened, use a spoon or ice cream scoop to form a ball of candy filling. The filling can also be of any other shape. You should get 20 candy blanks.
  6. Place the filling in the freezer while making the chocolate frosting.
  7. In a steam bath or microwave, melt all the icing ingredients together. If using a microwave oven, melt the mixture at 30 second intervals.
  8. Remove the prepared filling from the freezer. Using a fork, dip each filling into the melted chocolate. Remove excess chocolate from the bottom of the candy, place the candy on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  9. Place ready-made candies in the refrigerator. Let cool for at least an hour, then place in a closed container. Store in the refrigerator.
