This is a keto low-carb dough that can be used to make breadcakes or pizza base. The recipe is based on a mixture of two cheeses and almond flour.

  1. Place cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together in the microwave. Melt the cheese in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between heatings, until the cheese is well melted (it usually takes 1.5-2 minutes to get the cheeses fully melted and evenly mixed).
  2. Add flour to melted cheese and stir.
  3. Wait for the cheese to cool slightly before adding the lightly beaten whole egg.
  4. Add the egg and stir until smooth. This step will make the dough very sticky.
  5. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes at t = 200 C for 8-10 minutes.
