A chicken bread recipe that doesn't require hard-to-find and expensive ingredients. Bread contains everything you need to be keto approved. This type of meat loaf can replace meat pie and flour bread for the main course.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toss the almond flour with the cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute to melt the cheese slightly. After that, mix the melted cheese and flour with a spoon, and then reheat in the microwave for 1 minute to completely melt the cheese. Stir and set aside.
  2. Saute the onions in a preheated skillet for 2 minutes until tender. Add chopped boiled chicken (a mixture of boiled chicken breast and thigh works well), coriander and cream. While stirring, simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes to make the sauce thick enough.
  3. Place the almond flour and melted cheese mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out.
  4. When the dough is thin and firm enough, add the chicken filling and spread evenly. Roll into a roll, seal the side edges to keep the filling inside.
  5. Brush the top of the bread with a lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the bread in a greased rectangular baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 220C. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Leave the bread in the pan for 2-5 minutes before removing and slicing. Serve warm or cold.
