Sweet pancake cake based on thin chocolate layers and simple butter cream. This recipe can be made without using the oven, so you can decrease and increase the amount of ingredients without fear of burning or baking the cake.

  1. Use a blender to blend the softened cream cheese and eggs together.
  2. Then add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, brush with coke or other oil for frying. Using a small ladle, add the dough to the skillet and fry on both sides until the top is dry. Repeat the process until all the dough is finished.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the cream and sweetener until frothy.
  5. Assemble the pancake cake by alternating layers of pancakes and layers of whipped cream.
  6. After all layers are laid, use the remaining whipped cream frosting to coat the top and sides of the cake. Serve the pancake cake immediately, or chill in the refrigerator.
