Keto omelet with cheese crust

Having tasted this omelet once, you can never forget it. Incredible cheese wonder with amazing cheese crust and rich filling. How can you go back to traditional omelettes after that? The perfect hearty breakfast and the perfect base for a quick keto lunch or dinner.

  1. Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put an even layer of cheese in the pan so that it covers the entire bottom of the dish. Fry over medium heat until bubbles appear.
  3. Gently pour in the egg mixture and increase the temperature. Fry for a few minutes over high heat. Do not stir.
  4. Place mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, cream cheese, turkey and oregano in one half. Fry for another couple of minutes.
  5. When the egg mixture begins to set (the top layer may still be runny, but not too thin), cover the filling with the free half of the omelet, thus forming a semicircle. Fry for a couple more minutes and serve!
