This keto omelet with hot jalapenos and cheese is a simple, warming breakfast. For cooking, you will need 5 ingredients: hard cheese, jalapenos, cream cheese, chicken eggs and butter.

  1. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until scrambled.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, melt the butter.
  3. Lay out the chopped pickled jalapenos (if using fresh, saute until tender). Pour in beaten eggs.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, turn the omelet and place the cream cheese along one side of the omelet. Once the omelet is done, fold it in half so the cream cheese is inside.
  5. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with grated cheddar and serve.
