Looking for a quick and easy recipe to make breakfast? This incredibly filling omelet is very healthy and only takes a few minutes to cook. Fresh mushrooms give the dish a unique taste. Enjoy this keto dish not only for breakfast, but also for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a small bowl and add salt and pepper to your liking. Beat the eggs with a fork until they form a homogeneous foam.
  2. Place a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in it. Add mushrooms and onions, stir until tender. Pour the egg mixture from Step 1 over them so that it evenly surrounds the mushrooms.
  3. When the mixture is fried and begins to set, and the eggs are still runny on top, sprinkle them with cheese, mushrooms and onions (to your liking).
  4. Take a spatula and gently pry the edges of the finished omelette on one side, then fold it in half. As soon as the dish starts to turn golden brown, remove the pan from the stove and place the omelet on a plate. Done!
