Keto pancakes can be made with a wide variety of ingredients. This recipe uses natural milk kefir, but can be substituted with Greek yogurt. Both of these foods are suitable for a keto diet, but Greek yogurt has a lower carbohydrate content than fatty kefir at 3.2%.

  1. Combine coconut flour, sweetener, psyllium, baking powder, salt, protein.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with vanilla until frothy.
  3. Combine egg mixture and dry ingredients, mix well.
  4. Add kefir and mix until smooth.
  5. Preheat a skillet and add ghee or any other oil suitable for frying.
  6. Put the pancake dough into the pan in a portioned ladle. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. To make the pancakes more moist, you can cover the pan with a lid.
  7. From this amount of ingredients, 4 medium-sized pancakes come out.
