Salmon caviar is a great addition to keto foods as it is rich in fat and low in carbohydrates. In addition, salmon caviar contains more protein than the fish itself.
Salmon caviar is healthy, but it is recommended to consume it in moderation on a keto diet. This is because most recipes call for salted salmon caviar. A person on a low-carb diet should keep track of the amount of salt they eat. That is why salmon caviar is used in small quantities in this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and beat until smooth.
  2. Heat a small skillet with a little butter over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of dough at a time and turn the pan to flatten the dough. Fry over medium heat, uncovered, until the edges begin to flake off the skillet and bubbles form on top. This should take 2-3 minutes. Turn over and cook for another minute. Repeat this step with the rest of the test. This recipe should make 4 medium sized pancakes.
  3. When all the pancakes are ready, place 2 tablespoons of sour cream on each pancake, and then 2-3 tablespoons of salmon caviar. Roll into rolls and serve.
