Kefir keto pancakes are an easy and quick breakfast that can be prepared several times a week. The dish can be served on its own, seasoned with sour cream, butter cream, berries or sugar-free syrup.

  1. Combine dry ingredients: flour, psyllium, baking powder, salt.
  2. Mix kefir, lightly beaten eggs.
  3. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a fork.
  4. While the dough is "resting", heat the pan, add oil for frying.
  5. Spoon the pancakes into the skillet. Fry over medium heat until the milestone is dry.
  6. Then turn over and fry for about 1 minute on the other side.
