  1. Preheat the oven. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, 40 g of grated cheese and a chicken egg, mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture on baking parchment, flatten to form a smooth round cake 5-7 mm thick.
  2. Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling - boil broccoli in salted water, grate cheese, chop a tomato, mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  4. Grease the baked pizza base with tomato-sour cream sauce, put small broccoli inflorescences and tomato slices on it, sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake the pizza in the oven for another 10 minutes. You can add other filling if you wish. Bon Appetit!
