An easy recipe for Oreo cookie-flavored rolls adapted for the keto diet. The rolls are chocolate thin pancakes with butter cream inside.

Ingredients

  1. Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl using a mixer or whisk. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, ingredients for the dough: eggs, heavy cream, water and vanilla extract.
  3. Add coconut flour and cocoa powder and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup dough into a lightly oiled and preheated skillet. Rotate the pan to flatten the dough. Fry over low heat for about a minute, when the pancake will easily fall behind the pan, turn it over. Cook for a few more seconds. Repeat this step until you have used up all the dough.
  5. When the pancakes are ready, take each pancake and cover its surface with a tablespoon of cream. Roll into a roll.
  6. The Oreo keto rolls are ready.
