Salmon recipe in sour cream sauce cooked in a pan. This dish does not require any complicated ingredients, only fish fillets, sour cream, lemon, dill and spices. The dish is cooked in one pan and without baking in the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder in a bowl. Rub the salmon liberally with the seasoning mixture, lightly rubbing in the spices. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes) until the skillet is hot.
  2. Saute the salmon fillets for about 3 minutes, until the fish is half cooked. Turn the salmon over and sauté for another 3 minutes, until the other half is completely cooked through. Transfer the salmon to a plate.
  3. Add chopped garlic to a skillet and fry for 1 minute, add sour cream, dried dill, lemon juice, heavy cream and chicken broth and tabasco (if using). Mix well. Taste and add seasoning as needed. You can boil the sauce a little if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  4. Return the salmon to the sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill before serving.
