This dish is worth making just because of its name! We decided to add lettuce, bacon and tomato to the delicious cloud bread. This bread is also called "oopsie bread". Oops, this is bread! The bread does not contain cereals and gluten. So don't worry about your figure, just try this culinary masterpiece!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Place the whites in one bowl and the yolks in the other.
  3. Add a pinch of salt (and cremortartar, if desired) to the egg whites and beat with an electric hand mixer until stiff. The texture of the dough should be such that when the bowl is turned upside down, the proteins do not spill out of it.
  4. Add cream cheese to the yolks and mix well. To make cloud bread look more like regular bread, add psyllium (optional) and baking powder to it.
  5. Gently pour the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Try to keep air in the proteins so that the mixture does not settle.
  6. Place 8 flattened cloud bread slices on a baking sheet that has been covered with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
  8. COOKING SANDWICH WITH BACON, SALAD AND TOMATOES
  9. Place a skillet over medium heat and sauté the bacon until crisp.
  10. Take slices of cloud bread.
  11. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each of them.
  12. Place lettuce, tomatoes, some finely chopped basil and slices of fried bacon between the halves of the cloud bread.
  13. And serve the dish immediately!
