Keto "spaghetti bolognese"

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, chop and fry in 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Put the minced meat and fry with stirring (about 10 minutes).
  2. Peel bell peppers from seeds, chop together with tomatoes in a blender. If the tomatoes are fresh, pre-blanch and remove the skin.
  3. Pour the tomato mass into the minced meat, mix, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Peel the zucchini and cut with a special knife into thin long strips resembling spaghetti, salt and season with oil. Chop herbs and grate cheese.
  5. Place the zucchini "spaghetti" on a plate, top with hot sauce and sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bon Appetit!
