Kohlrabi is incredibly healthy and tasty; even children, who are usually suspicious of cabbage, eat it. I bring to your attention a simple kohlrabi recipe in a slow cooker!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare this dish, first of all, as always, you need to peel and wash the vegetables: remove the top coarse peel from the kohlrabi, remove the husk from the onion.
  2. We cut the onion in an arbitrary way (fine or larger - as you like), kohlrabi - into small cubes.
  3. Melt butter in a multicooker container, mix it with vegetable oil and fry the onion ("Fry" mode).
  4. After a couple of minutes, add kohlrabi to it, fry a little more.
  5. Salt, add spices, fill with a mixture of sour cream and broth.
  6. We turn on the "Stew" mode and cook the kohlrabi for about half an hour or forty minutes: during this time we just have time to boil the eggs, cool and peel them.
  7. We lay out hot kohlrabi on plates, serve with halved eggs, decorate with herbs if desired.
  8. Bon Appetit!
