Greek kohlrabi recipe - cooking an appetizer with potatoes, cheese and spices.

Ingredients

  1. The cabbage is cut into cubes and then salted in a pan for 3 minutes.
  2. Then it is poured with broth and stewed for about 20 minutes.
  3. The potatoes are boiled in water that is salted to taste, to which the available garlic is added.
  4. When ready, drain the liquid, wipe the potatoes, adding kohlrabi broth to it, as well as lemon juice and kefir.
  5. Kohlrabi is laid out on a mold that has been previously oiled.
  6. Pour the potato mixture over it, then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until a golden crust forms.
  7. Decorate the dish with parsley and cut into portions.
