  3. Then chop the garlic finely. If you do not like the taste of garlic in a dish, squeeze the garlic out with a garlic press.
  4. Chop the onion finely too.
  5. Next, chop the chili pepper very finely. You can skip this step if you are afraid it will be too hot.
  6. Now we are preparing the marinade: pour vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar and 300 ml of water into a saucepan. Mix everything thoroughly. Bring this mixture to a boil, then pour in the vinegar and remove from the stove.
  7. Put the vegetables in a bowl and season with marinade. We mix all the components. Taste the salad. If you are lacking in spice, add spices and seasonings of your choice. We wait for the vegetables to cool down, then put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
