  1. Dry the nuts in a pan or oven for 4-6 minutes.
  2. I bought boiled beets, if yours is raw, then boil it. Chill the beets, peel and rub on a coarse grater.

  6. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the salad and serve immediately.
