Everyone loves to eat deliciously, this is a fact. But not everyone eats meat, doesn’t eat only porridge because of this? So such an interesting recipe for making lagman without meat appeared. Very fast and delicious!

  1. Boil soybeans in boiling salted water for 10 minutes without a lid, and put in a colander.
  2. Simultaneously boil potatoes in salted water.
  3. Fry chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil, and at the end add tomato paste.
  4. We simmer vegetables for a couple of minutes, and then add soy and fry everything together.
  5. Throw the finished mixture from the pan into the pan with ready-made potatoes. Add bay leaves, all sorts of spices and salt to taste. We continue to cook over low heat until the consistency suits you.
  6. Boil the noodles as indicated on the package. We lay out on plates, and fill with pouring from a saucepan. Done!
