Guests on the doorstep, and they have nothing to feed? Take note of the quick lasagna recipe with canned fish and green peas. This is a fairly hearty and very appetizing dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare the filling, it is necessary to combine the cream with the cottage cheese and mix well. Pour in a handful of fresh herbs, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Green peas can be used fresh or canned.
  3. Place 3 sheets of lasagna on the bottom of a heat-resistant mold, slightly greased with butter (depending on the size of the mold, more can be used). To make the quick homemade lasagna even faster, the sheets can be dipped in hot water for a minute.
  4. Brush with a little curd filling. Put out about a third of the canned fish, first drain the liquid from it, and distribute the peas on top.
  5. Repeat the layers in exactly the same sequence until you run out of ingredients.
  6. The top can be greased with butter or sprinkled with water. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and send the form to the preheated oven.
  7. As soon as an appetizing crust appears, the dish can be served. Bon Appetit!
