  1. To begin with, we set the eggs to boil, and in the meantime we ourselves open the canned fish and drain the liquid from it. We transfer the fish to a plate and knead it with a fork until more or less homogeneous.
  2. When the eggs are ready, cool and grind them. You can cut the eggs with a knife, or you can simply rub them on a coarse grater, as you like.
  3. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Next, grind the dill and mix it with mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
  5. Now we take one pita bread and spread it on a flat surface, grease the pita bread evenly with 1/3 of the mayonnaise with herbs.
  6. Put canned fish on top of the mayonnaise, distribute it throughout the pita bread.
  7. Then we take the second pita bread and put it neatly on the first one, we also grease it with half of the remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped eggs.
  8. On this layer we spread the third pita bread, again grease it with the remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Now we just have to roll up this whole structure with a roll and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. When you roll up the roll, it should be slightly pressed down so that it turns out to be plump, so it will be easier to cut it.
  10. I usually leave the roll in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning I cut it into slices, put it on a plate and serve the snack to the table. Bon appetit, everyone!
