Delicious puff cabbage salad with mustard dressing. The salad is very easy to make and tastes great. Such a dish can be safely put on the festive table and served with meat dishes.

Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, grind the yolk into a homogeneous mass with mustard and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
  2. Add salt, sugar and ground pepper to taste, mix.
  3. Dilute dressing with apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour in 1 tbsp. l olive oil, beat everything with a whisk.
  5. Detail nuts.
  6. Shred the cabbage into thin strips. Onion cut into thin half rings. Egg white cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Cucumber grate on a coarse grater, slightly squeeze the juice.
  7. Spread the tomatoes around.
  8. Put a layer of cabbage (1/2 part), pour dressing.
  9. Lay out a layer of onion (1/2 part).
  10. Put half of the cucumber on the salad.
  11. Put the whole protein, pour dressing.
  12. Sprinkle a layer of nuts.
  13. Lay out the rest of the cucumber.
  14. Put the remaining onion, pour dressing.
  15. Put the remaining cabbage, pour copiously dressing cabbage salad.
  16. Make a rose out of a tomato, put it on a salad, smooth it. On the edges you can lay out the halves of the cucumber.
  17. Sprinkle the salad with nuts.
  18. Puffed cabbage salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
