A spring-like fragrant and very appetizing puff cake. Fresh herbs such as wild garlic, chives and dill are ideal for filling. Thanks to the cheese, the taste of the filling will "play" with creamy notes. It is noteworthy that the eggs are laid on top of the filling raw, with whole yolks, and so they are baked in a half-open pie. The result is not only tasty, but also beautiful - the cake is quite worthy, it can be offered to guests.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer in advance.
  2. Wash the dill, dry it and chop finely. Set aside just a couple of pinches of chopped herbs to decorate the pie.
  3. Wash ramsons and green onions, dry them and chop finely.
  4. Put wild garlic, onion and dill in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
  5. Simmer herbs over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Put the herbs in a bowl.
  7. Grate cheese here on a coarse grater.
  8. Add one egg, salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Mix the filling well.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Roll out the dough and cut out a circle of the same diameter as the baking dish.
  12. Roll out the remaining dough into a wide strip of the same length as the side of the mold.
  13. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  14. Place the circle of dough on the bottom of the mold, and the strip along the side. Gently pinch the edges of the dough at the seam.
  15. Now walk a little along the bottom of the cake with a fork, making punctures in the dough.
  16. Place the herb and cheese filling on the dough.
  17. Make three small depressions in the greenery and gently pour over the egg into them.
  18. Wrap the edges of the dough on the pie and cover the filling with them, leaving the "window" in the middle.
  19. Bake a puff pie with herbs, cheese and eggs for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  20. Remove the puff pastry with herbs, eggs and cheese from the mold and place on a plate.
  21. When serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
  22. You can serve the pie separately, or you can serve it with hot broth - such an addition would be ideal.
  23. Bon Appetit!
