For a festive table, a layered fish salad is perfect, the main component of which is lightly salted salmon. In a festive salad, fish goes well with rice, apples and carrots. I suggest you make salad dressing with the addition of mayonnaise.

  1. For a puff salad with fish, we prepare the necessary ingredients. Rice, carrots and eggs must be boiled and cooled in advance. Cream must be at least 33% fat (preferably homemade).
  2. For salad dressing, add sour cream and cream to mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add spices to the dressing sauce, focusing on your taste. We mix.
  4. Lightly salted salmon cut into strips. Lubricate the salad bowl with the prepared dressing. Put half of the fish in the bowl in the first layer.
  5. Lubricate the fish layer with dressing sauce.
  6. The next layer of salad is boiled rice. We spread the rice, generously grease it with dressing. Pierce the rice layer with a fork so that it is better saturated with dressing.
  7. Grind the carrot on a grater, spread it on rice.
  8. Finely chop the green onion, capturing the white part. Spread the onion on the carrot layer.
  9. Cut the apple into thin strips. Lay on the onion.
  10. Lubricate generously with dressing.
  11. The final layer of fish salad with apple, carrot and rice is made from the remaining salmon. Lightly brush the salmon with the dressing.
  12. Cover the salad bowl with cling film or a lid. Let the fish salad with rice soak well in the refrigerator (up to 5 hours).
  13. Carefully turn the finished puff salad with salmon onto a flat dish. Sprinkle the top of the festive salad with grated yolk and decorate with a slice of salmon.
