Layered salad with pork, eggs and vegetables

Bright, beautiful, puff salad with pork, eggs and vegetables will decorate any table. All the ingredients are well combined, very tasty salad!

Ingredients

• pork - 300 gr
• eggs - 3 pcs
• potatoes - 3 pcs
• tomatoes - 3 pcs
• pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs
• mayonnaise - 80 gr
• salt - to taste
• ground black pepper - to taste

Directions

1. Boil pork until tender, let cool. Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel. Cut the pork into small cubes and put in a salad bowl with the first layer, salt, season with black pepper and apply a mayonnaise mesh. The second layer is potato.
2. We rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, apply a mayonnaise net on top. The third layer lay out pickled or pickled cucumbers. Cut them into small cubes and squeeze out excess liquid. The fourth layer - egg - we rub the eggs on a coarse grater, put them on cucumbers, compact with a spoon and apply a mayonnaise mesh. The last fifth layer is tomato. Tomatoes cut into small cubes, salt.
