Delicious and hearty puff salad with potatoes, ham, pickled cucumbers and carrots. The salad contains fragrant ham, a lot of boiled vegetables and pickled cucumbers. Salad is laid in layers and flavored with mayonnaise. The perfect dish for your holiday table!

  4. Wash potatoes, carrots and eggs under running water and dip in a saucepan with cold water. Salt a little.
  5. Put the pot on the fire and bring the water to a boil. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, potatoes and carrots for 15-25 minutes. The cooking time of vegetables depends on their size and variety. Focus on your products. After 10 minutes of cooking, remove the eggs from boiling water and cool in cold water.
  6. After 15 minutes, pierce the vegetables with a toothpick or fork. If the vegetables pierce easily, they are ready. Remove the vegetables from the water and cool at room temperature so that it is convenient to work with them.
  7. Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. To assemble the salad, I will use a flat plate and a 15.5 cm forming ring. Place the ring on the plate. Lay out the grated potatoes. Flatten and flatten with a spoon.
  8. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
