An elegant puff salad of canned saury with fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs and a fluffy "hat" of green onions is a great appetizer for the festive table! The layers of the salad stand out clearly, so serving in this form is most effective, although the salad can be prepared in a mixed form for an everyday meal. The salad is very harmonious and unrealistically delicious!

  1. Hard-boil the eggs (within 10 minutes after boiling). Transfer the boiled eggs to cold water and leave to cool.
  2. Drain the oil from the canned saury, put the fish pieces in a bowl.
  3. Mash the fish with a fork.
  4. Place a 13 cm forming ring on a flat plate and place the canned fish in it in an even layer.
  5. Cover the fish layer with a mesh of mayonnaise.
  6. Wash fresh cucumbers, cut off the edges. Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
  7. Squeeze the grated cucumbers from the juice and place on the fish layer. Salt the layer of cucumbers (no need to grease with mayonnaise).
  8. Peel the cooled eggs from the shell and grate on a coarse grater.
  9. Lay the grated eggs on top of the cucumber layer.
  10. Lubricate the egg layer with mayonnaise.
  11. Rinse green onion feathers, dry and cut into thin rings.
  12. Remove the forming ring from the lettuce and put green onions on its surface with a fluffy "cap".
  13. A delicious and beautiful salad of canned saury, eggs, cucumbers and green onions is ready.
