A very unusual breakfast - lazy pizza in a pan with tomatoes, cheese and scrambled eggs. The base for pizza-scrambled eggs is made from batter with sour cream and mayonnaise. Very fast and easy. Great start to the day!

  1. Cooking the dough. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, one egg, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
  2. Add flour and mix with a fork or whisk.
  3. The pizza dough should have a consistency similar to sour cream.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a cold frying pan (mine is 24 cm in diameter). We spread the dough, distribute it along the bottom and level it with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  5. Put the ketchup on top and gently distribute over the dough using a spatula or spoon.
  6. Rub about two-thirds of the cheese on a medium grater, put it on a pizza base and distribute it evenly.
  7. Cut the tomato into thin slices and spread it over the surface of the dough. If desired, you can add a little salt (the cheese already contains salt, so salt should be done carefully).
  8. Rub the remaining piece of cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the tomatoes with it.
  9. Gently drive in the eggs. If you wish, you can pierce the yolks with a knife so that they spread slightly and cook faster. Salt lightly.
  10. We put the pan on minimum heat and cover with a lid. Cook the pizza in a skillet for about 10-15 minutes, until the eggs set.

  12. We serve it to the table, decorating it with fresh herbs if desired.
