I am sharing with you a simple recipe for broccoli cutlets that are lean and insanely delicious. It was originally a recipe from a baby food book, but I liked it so much. that sometimes I cook them like this. Tasty!

  1. If you do not have pre-cooked potatoes, then we boil it and cool it, and in the meantime we divide the broccoli into inflorescences and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
  2. Using a blender, mix the broccoli, potatoes, flour and spices until smooth. Then we sculpt cutlets from it with wet hands.
  3. Sprinkle each cutlet with breadcrumbs and fry in the remaining oil on both sides.
  4. That's all! We serve to the table and enjoy the wonderful taste!
