Delicious hearty salad with beans, mushrooms and carrots. Lenten dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut boiled carrots into cubes and green onions into small rings. Add boiled beans. Salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion into quarter rings and sauté it in oil. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms. I have white frozen mushrooms. Saute mushrooms with onions until tender, 10-12 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add to vegetables and mix well.
  3. Put the salad in a salad bowl.
  4. Lenten salad with beans is ready. Bon appetit!
