Lenten squid salad

We are preparing a salad of squid, pickled mushrooms, boiled potatoes, corn and fresh cucumbers. Original, refreshing and very tasty dish.

Ingredients

  1. Boil the potatoes in advance in the skin (20-25 minutes). Cool down.
  2. We cook squids for no longer than 1-1.5 minutes, lowering them into boiling water. Cool down.
  3. Squid cut into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cucumbers (can be peeled) cut into approximately the same cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  4. Combine all prepared ingredients. Add canned corn, pickled mushrooms (cut large mushrooms) and chopped parsley.
  5. Salad, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise (lean). Mix carefully.
  6. Salad with squid is ready. Bon appetit!
