Liege salad

Traditional Belgian salad: hearty and simple - either you don't like it, or you love it immediately and forever!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut young potatoes into large pieces, comfortable for the mouth and throw into boiling water.
  2. 7 minutes before the potatoes are ready, insert a colander or other suitable container into the pan, put the beans in it and cover. Beans will be steamed from potatoes.
  3. Finely chop the onion, and coarsely chop the ham and apples. Fry onion and ham in a pan.
  4. Then add the apples, pour in the vinegars and bring the apples to softness over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Mix potatoes, beans, apples with bacon and onions, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
