Light spring salad with pomelo

  1. My very large cucumber.
  2. Cut into thin quarters.
  3. We spread it in a dish (I have a container, since the salad was prepared in advance).
  4. Break the pomelo into small pieces. As a rule, the pomelo is easily disassembled into parts without losing its juice.
  5. We send the pomelo to the cucumber.
  6. Drain the juice from the corn and add to the future salad.
  7. We mix everything. Salt, pepper to taste.
  8. Cool the boiled chicken fillet.
  9. We disassemble into fibers and add to the salad.
  10. Stir, season with soy sauce.
  11. Arrange lettuce leaves in a bowl.
  12. On top of the leaves - ready-made salad. Everything, let's go!
