Liver puff salad

Delicate puff salad for the festive table and not only :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hard boil eggs. Cool down. Clean up. Grate on a medium grater.
  2. Boil the liver (10 minutes) and cool.
  3. Boil rice in salted water, put in a colander.
  4. Grate the liver on a medium grater.
  5. Peel and wash the onion. Cut into half rings.
  6. Heat up the pan. Pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  7. Spread the salad in layers, spreading each layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 1st layer - liver.
  9. 2nd layer - onions.
  10. 3rd layer - fig.
  11. 4th layer - dill.
  12. 5th layer - egg.
  13. Decorate the finished puff salad with liver with greens.
  14. Bon appetit!
