I absolutely love the simple and delicious soups. After all, sometimes you really want to eat something homemade, hot and satisfying. But at the same time, without harm to the waist and long hours of cooking at the stove.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan with thick walls, heat 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and add chicken fillet and carrots. Fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and add the marjoram to it. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Reduce heat and cook until chicken is cooked for about 5 minutes. Then take out the fillet with a slotted spoon and divide into pieces on a clean cutting board.
  5. Add beans and spinach to the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Using a blender or food processor, combine the remaining olive oil, parmesan and basil, and a little broth.
  7. Add the chopped chicken and sauce to the broth and stir well.
  8. The soup is served hot. Can be sprinkled with croutons or served with croutons.
