I suggest making an omelet in the oven. It is very reminiscent of the omelet that we ate in kindergarten or in the school cafeteria. It turns out that making a fluffy omelet at home is as easy as shelling pears. This is an ideal breakfast with a minimum of effort and time spent, because active actions will take no more than three minutes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We grease the molds generously with butter.
  2. On average, 50 ml of milk is taken for 1 medium-sized chicken egg. I make an omelet for 6 eggs and take 300 ml of milk.
  3. Combine eggs with milk.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Mix with a whisk or fork until smooth.
  6. You cannot use a mixer, just mix the eggs and milk well.
  7. Pour the omelet mixture into molds. The form should be filled with the omelet mixture at least 2/3 of the height, then the omelet will turn out to be high and fluffy. So consider the ratio of the size of the mold to the number of eggs.
  8. Cooking an omelet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, 30 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking the omelet!
  9. A fluffy omelet with milk is ready.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
