  4. Peel and chop the pepper.
  5. In a separate saucepan, combine the vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
  6. Put the marinade on fire, add the bay leaf and bring to a boil.
  7. Remove carrots from heat, drain off excess liquid. Add to onions and peppers.
  8. Pour everything with hot marinade and let cool. After an hour and a half, you can put it in the refrigerator.
