Today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking juicy and tender meat with potatoes in an interesting way. I have been cooking this meat for many years, and my husband especially likes this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork (I have a loin) with a knife from one side crosswise. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste on both sides.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and spread evenly in a baking dish greased with oil. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the prepared meat on top of the potatoes, spread an even layer of finely chopped onions on top and spread the last layer of grated carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Add seasoning for meat, dried garlic, pour all the tomato juice, cover with baking foil and send in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. After 50 minutes, remove the form from the oven, remove the foil, sprinkle our dish with grated cheese and send in the oven at the same temperature for another 10 minutes.
  6. I have been preparing meat for dinner according to this recipe for many years: it always turns out juicy and tasty
  7. Try to cook, I hope you like it.
