  1. To begin with, thoroughly wash the pork flesh under running warm water and then transfer the ingredient to a cutting board. After that, using a knife, cut the meat across into thin slices, no more than 8-10 millimeters thick. Then cut each piece into cubes, so the pork is better baked, and the dish will be easier to cut into portions. Transfer the minced meat to a free plate.
  2. Using a knife, peel the onion and then - rinse the ingredient well under running warm water. Spread the vegetables on a cutting board and, using the same sharp tools, chop the onion into small squares.
  3. Peel the potatoes with a knife and then wash them thoroughly under a stream of warm water. Spread the ingredient on a cutting board and cut it across into thin slices no thicker than 8-10 millimeters. Then, transfer the potato slices to a clean plate.
  4. Using a large grater, rub the hard cheese on a cutting board, and transfer the cheese chips to a free plate.
  5. To prepare this dish it is best to use a fireproof glass pan. But if you do not have one on hand, do not worry, because it can be replaced by any other container suitable for a microwave oven. So, first of all, spread a thin layer of meat pieces. Salt and pepper the pork to taste and then - grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise, using a tablespoon. Mayonnaise should completely cover the meat, even at the edges of the container. Then sprinkle the pork pieces with chopped onions. The third layer is laid out potatoes, with two layers at once. That is, the second layer of potatoes is laid out so that it covers the gaps between the first layer of potato slices. Important: be sure to salt to taste each potato layer. Grease everything again with mayonnaise, using a tablespoon. And now repeat the procedure first, strictly following the sequence of layers. The very last layer sprinkle the dish with the remaining onions and grated hard cheese. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and put in the microwave to cook for 20 minutes at 800 watts. At the end of the allotted time, remove the container from the microwave with the help of kitchen tongs, remove the lid and check the readiness of the potatoes with a fork. If the potatoes, in your opinion, are still hard, then put the meat in French back in the oven and continue for another 5-8 minutes.
  6. As soon as the meat in French in the microwave is ready, until it has cooled, serve. To do this, you can put the dish directly in the pan, and then - cut into portions with a knife and spread with a spatula on plates, and you can immediately make and enjoy the taste and aroma of this dish. Since this meat is quite hearty, it can be easily served as a main course with vegetable salads or pickles.
