Meat in any of its preparations is a favorite dish of real men. That's why I try to cook meat dishes of different nationalities as often as possible. Today I want to introduce you to the recipe for cooking meat in Georgian: it should be very tender, juicy and spicy.

  1. The meat is washed under running water, and then cut into large pieces, about 10 cm. It is best to use pork with streaks of lard. If you cut the meat very finely, it will dry out during cooking.
  2. Dill and parsley to my and finely shred. Pour into a bowl. If you find fresh basil and cilantro, they also need to be finely chopped. But I had herbs, so I took one teaspoon and added herbs. I added a pinch of salt and mixed everything.
  3. Mix thoroughly and send in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. So, after two hours we get the meat (it is well soaked with spices) and add sour cream to it.
  4. Take a baking dish, grease with oil and spread the meat. Bake in the oven for about one hour.
  5. In an hour we get meat, we spread it on portion plates, we decorate with greens and we serve. As a side dish you can cook a vegetable salad or baked potatoes.
