Today I will tell you about the meatloaf. Admittedly, it came to me completely by accident - I did not plan to cook it. Just after I made the pilaf, I had a small piece of pork left. I somehow didn't want to hide it in the freezer at all, so I just took it and marinated it. So to speak, just in case. I pickled, sent to the refrigerator and ran to work. During the working day thoughts of meat sometimes tormented me, and I realized that it was time to decide on its fate. And then I thought, instead of wrapping something in it, and then bake a roll? So after returning home, I quickly dealt with this meat, ennobled it with a few spinach leaves and a handful of nuts, fastened with toothpicks and voila!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To begin with, I simply cut a piece of pork, which I had left unclaimed, in the middle, but did not fully open it like a book. That's how a kind of layer came out - I marinated it in a mixture of peppers, a pinch of salt and a drop of olive oil. He stayed in the fridge for a little over 8 hours under the film.
  2. Then I lightly beat the meat and spread it on the board.
  3. Prepared the filling - washed the spinach leaves and lightly chopped nuts.
  4. At the edge of the meat layer first laid a layer of nuts, and then - greens.
  5. It remains to fold it all carefully - I used to fix with toothpicks.
  6. The formed roll was laid out in a small form, and it was placed on a larger baking sheet and poured a little water.
  7. Bake the roll for about half an hour at 200 degrees.
  8. I cut the roll only when it had cooled completely.
  9. The roll turned out very juicy and incredibly tasty. And, absolutely by accident!
