Meat rolls are what my husband is willing to carry me for. I don't know why he has such a great love for fried meat, but I know exactly how I can influence him in the direction I want. Every time I buy meat in a store, I roughly imagine that I plan to cook from it. But lately, my imagination has run out, and I just repeated the usual dishes in a circle. And recently I came across a recipe for some meat rolls. I don't remember what they were with, but the idea itself seemed fresh and interesting to me. I can say at once that they will be interesting to those of you who want to diversify meat dishes on the family table, but do not want to spend a lot of time, effort and money.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut off the most wide and flat pieces of pork.
  2. Beat them with a hammer for chops, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Saute onions and carrots in a frying pan.
  4. At the end add the diced pickle.
  5. Spread a little stuffing on one part of the prepared piece of meat.
  6. Turn the meat piece into a roll, starting from the end with the filling. Fix it with toothpicks or thread.
  7. Fry in a pan until fully cooked for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  8. It is recommended to start frying from the tail of the roll. It will become dense and will fix a design. After that, you can safely remove the toothpicks and continue the frying process. I did not dare to risk my white pens and did not take out toothpicks until ready. I must say that the result was not affected.
